Accessing Your WordPress Site
It is always very easy to access the WordPress admin area of your WordPress based website as long as you remember this simple sub page address
- wp-admin
By simply adding /wp-admin to the main URL of your website it will take you to the login screen for your websites administration area where you can add and edit the content that shows on your website. In fact you can add and edit just about anything from within here if you want to.
So for example you would type http://www.yourdomain.com/wp-admin where yourdomain is replaced with the domain name of your website.
You will be presented with a screen that looks much like this:
I set my username and password to be remembered in Firefox (which is the best browser to use when working with WordPress). This means that all I have to do is click the login button and I am logged into my WordPress admin area for my site.
